The steering wheel in Nissan Tiida is adjustable in height and offers a modern design with some control buttons. Pedals, shifters and other switches are well positioned for the rider. In the front part there are plenty of storage areas and the large glove compartment is illuminated. The space available is very large in the front area , so that even people with a height of two meters find enough space and don't feel cramped.
For a compact car, the luggage compartment volume of 305 liters is very large in comparison. This value refers to the rear seat bench being moved completely backwards with a load up to the lower edge of the window. If the back seat of the car is moved forward, the volume will already increase by 120 liters. If the backrests are folded forward, a volume of 625 liters can be used immediately. The loading space is correspondingly higher up to the car roof. Unfortunately, folding down the backrest does not create a flat trunk surface, since the backrests are raised. The head restraints do not have to be removed when folding down as they are retractable.
The assistance systems offered as well as the infotainment should be positively emphasized. When it comes to equipment, the Nissan Tiida leaves nothing to be desired. Multifunction steering wheel, navigation system, power steering, heated seats, Bluetooth, central locking, 2-zone automatic air conditioning, 3-zone automatic air conditioning, automatic air conditioning or air conditioning are of course standard on board.
